Correction
In an interview with Narus' Greg Oslan in the Sept. 24 issue, an editing error made it appear that Oslan said the Army War College Web site had been down for several weeks. Oslan did not specify which service's war college site had been down, although the Navy War College site was brought down late last year by a network intrusion.
