The software's Primavera Project Planner import utility for project software from Primavera Systems Inc. of Bala Cynwyd, Pa., reads Project Planner's Btrieve files and imports data without the need for user customization.Using SAP's External Project Software interface, Open Plan 2.5's enterprise edition can transfer data to and from SAP R/3 3.1 and higher versions, according to the Houston company.Open Plan 2.5 also integrates with Microsoft Project 98 and Baan IV from Baan Co. of Reston, Va.Open Plan 2.5 professional and enterprise licenses begin at $6,000. List price is $1,000 for an Open Plan desktop PC license.EasyCopy 6.0 from AutoGraph International of San Jose, Calif., prints from any Unix computer-aided design applications to most printers.The $395 package has an image viewer and browser. Users can capture screens from the graphical interface, from the command line or via a definable hot-key. Background colors can be removed to improve sharpness of output.EasyCopy also can import common CAD and desktop publishing file formats, including Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language, Computer Graphics Metafile and Calcomp vector formats.A scanner component in EasyCopy controls desktop color scanners and image adjustments such as scaling and cropping.
